It is my great pleasure to provide a testimonial for David Habib and Frontier Homes.

David Habib many years ago was referred to me by a friend who was a very satisfied client and proud owner of his new home David had just built. My wife and I interviewed several high-end custom homebuilders but did not hesitate in hiring David because we saw a superior blend of rich building experience, excellent quality of his homes, creative talent, flexibility, surprising affordability, and most importantly humility, integrity, honesty, and impeccable character. He built us a wonderful Mediterranean-style family home in 2001 which was solidly-constructed, tasteful, possessed timeless beauty, was problem-free, and a valuable appreciating asset.

Fast forward to 2016-18…. As empty nesters, my wife and I endeavored to build an “antique Italian” beachfront home as a masterpiece legacy for our children and future grandchildren David Habib was the only builder we considered. The home design was all-consuming, and encompassed literally every square inch of the home, inside and out. David enthusiastically and patiently participated in the myriad of design decisions from construction plans to completion in the field. Besides displaying the creative and technical skills to design and build a masterpiece, he respected and optimized our investment by finding substantial savings where possible, yet wisely suggesting upgrades to achieve that special look and feel. We were impressed by his team of talented subcontractors whom he supervised effectively, but also witnessed his strong interventions on our behalf with subs to fully protect our interests.

We all hear horror stories of hiring unscrupulous, inept contractors, but we have had two enjoyable and successful homebuilding projects under Frontier Homes. Over the years, David has built an impressive portfolio of high-end homes, but more important is the unanimous portfolio of highly-satisfied clients who are proud homeowners who consider him a friend for a lifetime.
