After working for a local builder for 9 years, a downturn in our nation’s economy forced David Habib into a new career direction so in 1988 he formed Frontier Homes. It was a time of uncertainty in David’s life with a young family and no job. There were no guarantees of what the future might hold back then as he had few assets and no prospects. What David did have was a burning determination and a commitment to do the very best he could do. HE WAS ALWAYS THANKFUL for every trusting client and any opportunity he got (there were few back then) and gave each client his best when building or renovating their home.
David’s values were simple back then and remain the same today. His desire is to build just a Few Distinctive Homes (regardless of size or style) while also providing our clients with a great value and experience. This goal is achieved with honesty and genuine caring for those he builds for. Clients are treated more like family, remain as friends, and continue to recommend us to others.
