David enthusiastically and patiently participated in the myriad of design decisions from construction plans to completion in the field. Besides displaying the creative and technical skills to design and build a masterpiece, he respected and optimized our investment by finding substantial savings where possible, yet wisely suggesting upgrades to achieve that special look and feel. We were impressed by his team of talented subcontractors whom he supervised effectively, but also witnessed his strong interventions on our behalf with subs to fully protect our interests.

The success of the process comes down to the contractor, subcontractors, and their commitment and understanding of the specific execution of your project. This is the area in which David excels. We were very happy with the subcontractors and their responsiveness to David’s direction. They are all well aware going into the project that David is a stickler to every detail. I can’t tell you how many times, we had specific issues we had noticed and David had already noticed the issue plus others and had already put into place a process to rectify the issues.
