What I first tell potential home builders is that you made us feel so comfortable. You educated us and brought us along at our speed with absolutely no pressure and no obligation from your numerous sessions of the interview process.

We tell everyone who asks (and anyone who will listen) that we seriously interviewed and evaluated about 6 of the top builders, accepted detailed bid packages from the top 3 and chose Frontier Homes. Your bid document was one of the most thorough and offered us numerous options to consider saving time or money based on your experience. This was very valuable.

We never felt pressured and your ability to communicate and relax us “first time home builders” made the difference. The verbal hand-holding, reassurance, and comfortable communication made this painless compared to horror stories we had heard about other home builders.

You and your on-site superintendent, completed our home in a timely and professional manner. You both demonstrated intimate knowledge about our plans and extensive specifications. The pre-construction meetings, planning, and considerations with you and your subcontractors led to minimal headaches, hassles, heartburn, delays, and change orders. You didn’t try to nickel and dime us.

You and your team constructed a beautiful, attractive, and substantial home. You have every reason to look upon its completion with pride. My professional team of bankers, architects, and lawyers found you very capable, responsive to requests, and most of all very compatible and easy to work with. You and your team were very involved with this project and had our satisfaction as the upmost importance from the bidding process to the punch list at completion.

We have received so many compliments on its beauty and elegance, but more so, the solid construction and the outstanding quality of your workmanship which is superb.

In summary, you and your staff listened, communicated, planned, compromised, supervised, set time tables and met them, maintained excellent records for the bank and us, and stayed on budget. You were trustworthy and honest. You met our high standards and specifications.

What I always remember is, whenever there was a question or problem, you would always ask, “How do you want it? What will it take to make you happy? We want to make you happy.” Perhaps this sums it up best.

I now tell everyone that I realize that all of our interviews, research, comparisons, and multiple bidders were a waste of time. If I had to do it over again, I would just call FRONTIER HOMES and have them build my next home.
