When we took on the initiative of building a home on the water, we started with a lot and a concept. The key focus for us was in identifying an architect and builder that proved longevity in the market, knowledge of building on waterfront property, and a reputation for quality at a fair investment price. We found that in Frontier Homes and David Habib. Here is why I make that statement:

Post lot acquisition, we embarked upon a search for both an Architectural firm and a construction firm that we felt best served our needs. Fortunately, we managed this initiative simultaneously, not sequentially. So, as we were interviewing Architects, we were also interviewing Builders. We interviewed several on both fronts and actually ended up picking both around the same time. This proved a benefit as we leveraged the knowledge and insight of our builder along with our Architect to finalize a building plan and drawings that optimized the knowledge of both.

One of the main reasons we have been so happy with our building project with Frontier Homes is David proved as diligent at the beginning (plan phase) as he was during soil testing, piling installation, foundation setting, block work, framing, electrical, plumbing, finish work, etc. Frontier Homes was there with us every step of the way. And when challenges arose, which they always will in new construction, David worked with us hand in hand to address, optimize and complete.

Now the real reason that I would (and do) recommend Frontier Homes to anyone looking to make an investment in new construction, or a renovation project is he proved his uniqueness in the market post close. What I mean by that is David Habib never left us. He did not get to close and disappear to focus only on other projects. He continued to work with us on tweaks, adjustments and optimization efforts beyond the close. I can honestly say Frontier Homes has gone above and beyond to ensure our house is a point of pride for us and for Frontier. Our house is truly custom in every facet of the word and demonstrates the commitment to quality that Frontier Homes professed in our very first meeting. He proved that to be a truth, not just a slogan.

The words I often use to summarize my experience with Frontier Homes and specifically with David Habib is commitment to quality, competency, honesty and integrity. David has proven to be a man of his word and a man that stands behind his work. He actually looks at our house with as much pride and ownership as we do.

Our plan is this is our last house. If so, we are blessed. If for some reason that changes in the future, I would choose Frontier Homes again….no question.
